Products & Availability
All products listed on Adaura are subject to availability. We strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and images are accurate; however, slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of our prints.
Adaura reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without notice.
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
Adaura reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Adaura may contact you to verify order details before dispatch.
Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not completed.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery timelines typically range from 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics issues, or public holidays.
Adaura is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will assist in resolving issues where possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We aim to ensure customer satisfaction; however, returns and exchanges are only applicable under the following conditions:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong item
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, along with proof (images/videos).
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Adaura does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

All content on this website—including designs, artwork, images, text, and graphics—is the property of Adaura and is protected by copyright laws.
Our prints are original creations and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
